Virginia Class “A” Building Contractor—Heavy Construction-Soil Conservation Specialist( water and sewer excavations as well as grading and regrading so as to allow proper storm water run-off), Master Plumber (new, remodel, add-ons and emergency service and repair), Master Gas-fitter(new, remodel, add-ons and gas fireplaces).  Bast Enterprises, Inc. operates on an Emergency, 1st come 1st serve basis,  due to conflicts with parking  WE DO NOT WORK IN HIGHRISE APARTMENTS WHERE PARKING FOR A LARGE TRUCK IS UNAVAILABLE.

Bast Enterprises, Inc. only operates in Virginia and waives any travel time for any work done within 1 mile of business address.  A $40.00 travel time is incurred for work or estimate to perform work per job within a 15 mile radius of business address.  If a problem can be solved within 15 minutes then only the travel time will be charged.  A 1 hour minium charge of $100.00 plus the $40.00 will be charged.  Any time after the 1st hour will be charged at $25.00 every 15 minutes.   Any job outside the 15 mile radius will incur an additional travel time depending on the distance.

Any referral which work is done by Bast Enterprises, Inc. is an automatic $40.00 deduction from next bill of person referring job.  We will always try to get to you same day as called, basically within 30 minutes of call.

Normal hours of operation are from 7:00a.m- 4:00p.m  Monday through Sunday.  After hours and holidays, rates increase to $160.00/ hour plus travel time.
