$100.00/ HR + MATERIAL—$40.00 TRAVEL CHARGE PER JOB(NOT VISIT) OR $40.00 ESTIMATE CHARGE. ONE HR. MINIMUM UNLESS FINISHED WITHIN 15 MINUTES(JUST THE TRAVEL CHARGE APPLIES). NORMAL HOURS 7AM-4PM. AFTER HOURS AND HOLIDAYS ONLY RATE IS $160.00/ HR.
Gas or electric water heater replacement–dishwashers–garbage disposers–commodes–faucets–drains–tub & shower valves–sump pumps–sewage ejector pumps–water lines and sewer lines and addition or deletion of natural gas lines–water service and sewer service–entire home water filter systems(very simple but very effective, will save water heaters, faucets and valves as well as clean drinking water and whiter clothes—Parts cost for dual canister system is usually $350.00/home)
Referrals for any other work or repairs will be given upon request( painting, wood floors, sheetrock, tile work, electric, roofing, gutters and downspouts, siding, concrete work, brick and chimney repair, tree work)
No plastic water lines will be installed, only copper, and most sewer lines will be schedule 40 PVC unless otherwise specified.
